I really feel sorry for you Ms
Hanson. I am sure that somebody has a bullet with your name on it,
somewhere out there, all because of the hatred you are stirring up within
Australia.
Most Australians love this country, and can't stand any
form of racism, or hurting the underdog (eg. single mothers). But
you seem to take great pride and joy in doing this.
You seem to
think that aboriginals take the system for a ride, and that they should
have been born white. Someday soon you will wake up and smell the
real world. It doesn't matter what colour a person is, they are just
as important as the next person (except for rapists, child molesters
etc.)
My family (who are aboriginal) have worked hard their whole
lives. My father was in the navy and is now a retired decorated
naval officer. My grandfather was in the army and died in
combat. I myself have worked for 10 years solid since leaving
college and have never taken advantage of the system. My family is
well respected in the community and they have earned that respect over the
years.
It's people such as yourself who are trying to break down
the trust and respect of the aboriginals of Australia. They also
vote and don't appreciate your obnoxious rude sense of
humour.
Going from what I have seen of you to date, I would not be
in the least bit surprised if you are rolling your eyes at the above
statements and shrugging "who cares". Well there are a few
things that maybe you should know, when it comes to the real
world.
Single mothers aren't always single by choice.
Sometimes it is a matter of life and death that they leave the father of
their children. There are alot of men out there who don't care for
women or children. All they care for is a bit of sex, and once a
baby comes into the picture, they become a completely different
person. Although I am not a single mother, I would be right now had
my child have lived. I was beaten senseless by my spouse when I was
well into my pregnancy, and lost my baby in the process. I have
since left this bastard. But there are women out there who's
children have survived and the only way they know how to keep their kids
safe is to get out while they can. They are then in the position of
having to STRUGGLE to raise their kids. They want a bright future
for them but it is hard with a single income, or a pension. Take
away that pension and the children may well die due to lack of money to
buy food or clothing for them.
Wouldn't it make more sense to try
and help people who are in such a situation, rather than make their walls
fall down even further around them? Don't you want to picture
Australia 20 or 30 years from now and see something beautiful? If
you continue with what you are doing, all you will picture is a 3rd world
nation with people who have had no education, and no idea how to
love.
Please, not just for your own sake, but for the sake of
future generations, stop promoting hatred in this
country.
Regards
Feather Foot
